5. Data Retention

We retain your patent drafts for 30 days after your last login to allow you to download your documents. After this period, data may be purged from our active database. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of all generated drafts.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website or conducting our business (such as our payment gateway), so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
