Geyser Patent Attorney Directory

Geyser™ is a SaaS technology platform operated by Geyser LLC, a d/b/a of Sembrose LLC. Geyser LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Common Questions

Do I still need a patent attorney?

Geyser™ produces a provisional draft, not legal advice. Many inventors file provisional applications themselves. Others use the draft as a structured starting point for their attorney, which can significantly reduce billable hours. Either way, you get a draft now instead of weeks or months from now. Geyser LLC strongly recommends professional review by a registered patent practitioner before filing any document with the USPTO.

Is my idea safe?

Your invention data is processed through encrypted AI pipelines. Geyser LLC does not use your submissions to train AI models, does not sell your data, and does not share it with other users. Your data is transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing. While we select providers with reasonable data handling practices, you should review Section 7 of our User Agreement for full details on confidentiality and data handling.

What if my idea doesn’t pass the screening?

That is exactly what Module 1 is designed to tell you, before you invest time in drafting. The dual-agent screening gives you a structured assessment so you can make an informed decision about whether to proceed, refine your concept, or pivot.

What are the USPTO filing fees?

The provisional application filing fee is separate from Geyser™ and paid directly to the USPTO. As of the current fee schedule: micro entities pay $160, small entities pay $320, and large entities pay $640. Geyser™ drafts the application. The filing itself is your responsibility.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain read-only access to your existing project data but lose the ability to run new AI processing workflows.
