Welcome to the Geyser™ Provisional Patent drafting tool service (“the Service”). By accessing our website and using our tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Service is owned and operated by Sembrose LLC.
2. Description of Service
The Service provides users with a software-based tool designed to assist in the drafting of provisional patent applications. Geyser™ is a self-help tool; it does not draft the patent for you, but provides a framework for your input.
3. No Legal Advice Disclaimer
Sembrose LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or patent strategy. Use of the Geyser™ tool does not create an attorney-client relationship. We recommend that all patent applications be reviewed by a licensed Patent Attorney or Agent before filing with the USPTO.
4. User Responsibility & Data Accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and intellectual property rights of the information you input into the Geyser™ tool. Sembrose LLC is not responsible for the rejection of any patent application by the USPTO.
5. Intellectual Property
The Geyser™ software, branding, and interface are the exclusive property of Sembrose LLC. Your use of the tool grants you a limited license to generate documents for your own use only.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sembrose LLC shall not be liable for any loss of patent rights, statutory bars, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the Geyser™ tool.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Digital Nature of Service
Because Geyser™ Provisional Patent drafting tool service provides immediate access to proprietary software and downloadable templates, our refund policy is as follows:
Before Tool Access: If you purchased a license but have not yet logged in or initiated the drafting process, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
After Tool Access/Drafting: Once the user has accessed the drafting interface or generated a draft document, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the value of the software tool has been delivered.
2. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical error that prevents the tool from generating your document, please contact our support team immediately. If we cannot resolve the issue within 3 business days, a full refund will be offered.

4. Chargeback Policy
By using this service, you agree to contact Sembrose LLC support to resolve any billing disputes before filing a chargeback with your bank.
